We're Devon & Nina, two passionate moms and healthcare professionals—speech and occupational therapists—on a mission to spark dessert *JOY* with our line of gluten and dairy-free, single-serve dessert mixes. Our journey began on a blind co-working date at our favorite Lakewood, OH bakery (side note: We are still fueled by their chocolate almond scones!).

Drawing from our lived experiences growing up in an era of "fat-free" and "low-carb" trends, we believe that desserts should be celebrated, not vilified. That's why we're committed to crafting mixes that deliver on taste, convenience, and quality. Having witnessed firsthand the impact of a broken food system in our healthcare roles, we prioritize ingredients that are as wholesome as they are delicious.

Our paths first crossed at a Cleveland hospital where we both worked. United by a passion for community impact and entrepreneurship, we soon realized that combining our talents and professional aspirations could lead to something truly special. Thus, Mugsy Bakes was born!
